Processing & Production Time All items at IselaK.co are handmade to order. Because each piece is made specifically for you, please allow time for production before your order ships. Production timelines vary by item and will be communicated at the time of purchase or in your order confirmation.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery Once your order has been completed and handed off to the carrier, delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delays due to customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after the confirmation is sent.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship throughout the United States. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier.

International Shipping If international shipping is available for your region, it will appear as an option at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees assessed by their country. IselaK.co is not responsible for delays related to customs processing.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@iselak.co — we will do our best to assist before the order ships.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@iselak.co with your order number and photos of the damage within a reasonable time of receiving it. For lost packages, please reach out and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
